You enter your destination, the fare appears. That is what you will pay — traffic, detours and rush hour do not change it.
Published fare table · Card payment
In a car, the fare depends on traffic. You accept an estimate and pay something else. On two wheels the journey does not sit in jams — and at Nippa, neither does the price.
An estimate, not a priceThe figure quoted is a range. The real total appears once you are out of the car.
You are billed for the trafficEvery minute at a standstill adds to the bill. The heavier the traffic, the more you pay.
A fare table you never seeYou cannot check the maths: the rates are not published.
A firm amountThe price shown before you book is the price you are charged.
Two wheels, no queueA motorbike goes where a car waits. Journey time stops depending on the jam.
The fare table is publishedPickup charge, price per kilometre, price per minute, cap: it is all on this page.
Nippa is just starting. Rather than customer reviews we do not have yet, here is what the service guarantees from your first ride — and what you will be able to hold us to.
The amount worked out before booking is the one recorded on the ride. A cap per journey rules out any absurd fare.
Identity, vehicle, number plate and professional licence are examined by our team. Without approval, no ride is assigned.
A four-digit code appears on your screen. The driver has to enter it to start the ride: nobody leaves with the wrong passenger.
The driver's position reaches you live throughout the approach. After the ride you rate them and they rate you.
Nippa does one thing: get you there. Here is the app as it stands today.
You type an address and the ride is priced immediately: amount and duration. The Book button only appears once the price is shown.
As soon as a driver accepts, you see their name, their vehicle, their number plate and how long they have left. The four-digit code is your guarantee of getting on the right bike.
A dark interface, readable in bright sun and at night alike. One switch to go online, and the rides come in.
Here is the exact calculation. There is no other one: no rush-hour surcharge, no weather multiplier, no busy-period supplement.
Pickup charge + distance + estimated duration. Beyond the cap the ride is not offered: it is a safeguard against addresses entered by mistake.
From opening the app to the moment you get off.
The price appears straight away. That is what you will pay.
You watch the driver approach. When they arrive you give them your four digits and off you go.
Payment is by card, saved in the app. You rate the ride, and so does your driver.
Your vehicle, your equipment, your hours. Nippa brings you the rides; the rest is yours.
No. The amount is worked out and recorded when you book. Neither traffic, nor the time of day, nor the actual length of the journey changes it. Only a change of destination triggers a new calculation, which you see before accepting it.
A pickup charge of €4.50, plus €1.20 per kilometre and €0.25 per estimated minute. No ride can exceed €150.
Yes. Carrying a passenger with an approved helmet in their size is a legal obligation that falls on the driver, and it is part of what we check. If a driver does not offer you one, do not get on and report it.
Their identity, their vehicle model, their number plate and their professional licence number. The file is examined by a person on our team, not by an automated system. Until it is approved, the account receives no rides.
It appears on your screen only, never on the driver's. They have to enter it to start the ride. That is what guarantees you are getting on the right bike, and that the ride billed is really yours.
By bank card, saved in the app. Payment is triggered at the end of the ride, with nothing to take out as you get off.
Yes, until the ride has started — that is, until the driver has entered your code.
Nippa is opening gradually. Download the app: it will tell you whether drivers are available around you.
Enter your destination, see the price, get on. That is all Nippa asks of you.
